Surgery can be a solution if you need to see the effects of a treatment quickly. Natural eye cream and natural eye care will work, but it might take a while before one does notice the effects. With surgery the patient will have to take some time to heal into account (this can take up to 6 weeks) after which (if the surgery was successful) the patient will look great.
